2. All our programs are fully reinsured by a
company rated A+ (Superior) by A.M. Best and Co. This is the highest

3. When you have our extended protection plan, you will
have peace of mind throughout the ownership of your vehicle. You
will enjoy all of the benefits offered through the plan while you still own
the vehicle. If you decide to trade in your vehicle, simply call us and we
will calculate a prorated refund. The refund is based on mileage and the
amount of time the policy was in force, minus $25 cancellation fee. Your
refund can be used as a deposit for coverage on your new vehicle. This
ensures you will always be protected.

4. An extended service plan enhances the value of any
automobile; therefore it is a great feature for anyone who is going to
sell their vehicle. The agreement is transferable to the new owner of your
vehicle. It gives the buyer peace of mind and makes the selling process
easier, because with the cost of repairs increasing, the buyer of your
vehicle will realize the value of the coverage.

5. Our Value Advantage Series is available on
vehicles less than 10 model years old with a maximum of 80,000.
Our Peak Advantage Series is a very comprehensive
program that is available on vehicles less than 4 model years old and having
less than 60,000 odometer miles.
The Premier Advantage Series is the most
comprehensive program we offer and is available on vehicles less than 4
model years old and having less than 60,000 odometer miles. This is an
exclusionary policy, which only lists the components that are not covered
under the warranty. If a component is not on the list, then IT IS COVERED.

6. Yes, all of our programs will protect your vehicle
when a part has worn beyond the manufacturer's tolerance. The program does
not cover items such as brake pads or brake rotors. It is important for you
to understand the difference between the term "wear and tear" and "normal
wear items".

7. Our Peak Advantage Series and Premier Advantage
Series' Programs begin 30 days and 1,000 miles from the date of
enrollment and will expire in four, five, six, or seven years from the
enrollment date, or when your vehicle's odometer displays the total mileage
of the program you selected. The mileage of the plan selected is the total
odometer miles at which the plan expires. For example, a 7 year /
100,000-mile program would expire in 7 years or when your odometer displays
100,000 miles.
* Be aware of other companies and dealer programs that
begin their programs on your vehicle's in service date.
Our Value Advantage Series Program begins 30 days and
1,000 miles from the date the vehicle is enrolled in the plan. The plan will
expire according to the time and / or mileage of the coverage you select,
whichever occurs first. For example, a 48 month / 48,000 mile plan would
expire in 48 months or when the vehicle is driven an additional 48,000
odometer miles, whichever occurs first.

8. We make the repair process as simple as possible.
If your vehicle breaks down or is in need of a repair, take it or have it
towed to any licensed repair facility and present your service agreement to
the Service Department. After they diagnose the problem with the vehicle,
they will call our claims administrator toll-free and receive repair
authorization for all your covered repairs less a deductible where
applicable. All claims are paid directly to the repair facility of your
choice with a corporate credit card, therefore, you do not have to pay for
your repair and wait to get reimbursed. It is that simple.

9. We are able to offer this comprehensive coverage at
such an affordable price for several reasons. First, we go directly to
the insurance company. We do not offer our plans through automobile
dealerships or any other party that would require paying big commissions.
These unnecessary expenses only add to the price that is ultimately passed
onto the consumer. Second, as with any major company, we have the luxury of
lowering our prices because of our high volume of business. Finally, with
the tremendous opportunity that e-commerce and the Internet has to offer,
our expenses are much lower than traditional methods of purchasing products
and services. Again, these savings are passed on to you.

10. It is important to know the insurance company that
is behind any plan you own. A percentage of the payments that are
collected from our service contract holders are deposited into an account
that is used strictly to pay future claims. All programs are fully reinsured
by a reinsurance company that has been incorporated since 1917 and is rated
rated A+ (superior) by A.M. Best and Company. Your claims are paid directly
to the repair facility of your choice with a corporate credit card,
therefore, you do not have to pay for your repair and wait to get
reimbursed. This assures you that your claims will be handled promptly and
professionally.

11. With our Premier and Peak Advatage Series, we offer
both a $100 deductible and a $0 deductible option. Our Value Advantage
Series has a standard $100 deductible with a $50 deductible option. This
deductible is per visit. Many other companies charge a deductible on a per
item basis. Additionally, once a part is repaired or replaced under our
service plan, any deductible for future repairs to that part are waived.

12. Extended Service Plans provide peace of mind.
Mechanical failure is a reality and that is the main reason why the
manufacturer only warranties the vehicle for a certain period. As your
vehicle gets older and is driven more miles, it is more likely to experience
mechanical failure. Additionally, there are many components such as computer
related items that can fail regardless of your driving habits. Depending on
what kind of vehicle you own, we believe it is a good investment to pay
between 25 cents and 75 cents a day for full coverage.

15. It is advantageous to enroll your vehicle in an
extended service plan while it is still covered by the manufacturer's
warranty. First, a vehicle covered by the manufacturers' warranty is
eligible for the more comprehensive Peak Advantage and Premier Advantage
Series. Second, as the vehicle's mileage increases, so does the overall cost
of a new warranty. This is similar to life insurance. The older a person,
the more costly the premium. The lowest rate offered to the consumer will be
while the vehicle is still under the original warranty. The lower the
odometer mileage on your vehicle, the lower your rate will be.

accept our policy. We pay the recommended price for parts and labor for
all covered repairs. The cost of the repair is determined by both The
Chilton and Mitchell parts and labor guides. These are the same pricing
guides that your dealership uses and is the standard in the industry. A
dealership will gladly accept the additional business we give them. All
claims are paid directly to the repair facility of your choice with a

33. As displayed on the BBB website, we have a
"satisfactory record", a rating we have proudly maintained
with the Bureau for the last several years. The BBB in New Jersey recently
found it necessary to close some of its offices, including their Parsippany,
New Jersey branch, of which we had been members with an exemplary
reputation. The State of New Jersey made the decision to have one central
office for the Better Business Bureau for the entire state, and years of
membership in any other branch became null and void, thereby making each
company applying to the newly created central office a "new member".
Subsequently, the membership date displayed on the BBB website is the date
we had to re-apply for membership.
Any person or company who states otherwise is providing you with false
and misleading information, and we would suggest you contact the Council of
the Better Business Bureau.
